Travis spent nearly 20 years running a specialized recruiting business, building relationships and solving problems for clients one at a time. When the team shrank and he chose not to replace everyone, the admin did not shrink with it. So he started building his own AI workflows to keep the business running without adding headcount he did not need.

That work turned into NeverStill AI: a founder-led practice for small business owners who are maxed out but not ready to hire their way out of the problem. No client logos to flash, no certifications to borrow. Just workflows built inside your own stack, supported by the person who actually built them.

How does it start?

It starts with a short virtual meeting where we walk through your current tools, the manual work eating time, and where automation would actually pay off. If automation is not the answer, we say so.
